On the rear bolt, how much thread do you guys have left showing.

I have a bout 3/4 of inch threads left from the bottom of the bolt to the nut. The rear edge of the fender lips is sitting at 27-3/4 Inch .

How close to the bottom of the bolt can you place the nut?
What do you guys have?

My front ended up 26- 1/2, The rears seems to high

On my drivers side rear bolt I have about 1 inch, on my pass. side rear bolt i have about 3/8 of an inch. I had to do it like this in order for both sides to be even. The rear is at approx. 27.5 inches, the front at 26.5

Dont go by my avatar, that was the "before" picture.

If you replace the standard castle nut & cotter pin with a nylcock nut, then you can have very little showing... about 1-2 threads... I repaced my bolts and used the nylock nuts with only about 1.5 threads showing - hasn't moved in 7 years and I have been known (at times) to make the suspension really work....

Mine was originally at the very bottom. I've sinced raised the rear to get back some of the rake since my front has raised slightly since I changed my A-arms though
