Suspension and Drivetrain Frame
While in the process of changing my suspension bushing and ball joints, I discovered the mount for the passenger side control arm is all bent funny.
Looking to get a new/used front lower sub frame. Anyone have any recommendations on a place to purchase one online?
Also does anyone know if the engine is resting on this piece? IE, will I need an engine hoist to support the engine if I change it out?

I got around to taking some pictures of the damage. Is this something a frame shop would be able to repair? Would they be able to bend the mount back to its stock location and still have it be secure? The mounts appears to be been pushed toward the back of the car and pushed the busing out. The aluminum arm was up against the forward side of the mount.
