Its very easy.
Do you have the correct puller/installer tool?
(this is important)
Dont use a universal puller that grabs the outside of the pulley itself, you will bend it.The correct puller fits around the center of the pulley shaft.
If you do have the correct tools, pull the pulley off while its all still bolted to the engine. Its just easier this way.
After the pulley is off, everythings pretty much easy to remove. The rear hoses are a bit tricky, but not hard to get off.I use a small adjustable wrench if theres not alot of room behind there.
Install the pulley back on after you bolt the new pump back to the engine and have the hoses hooked up.Put some anti seize on the pulley shaft to help it press back on easier with the install tool, and not rust itself on there later.

I've picked up a "KD Tools Pulley Puller and Installer Set " from Sears. It was advertised as "Threaded end installs late-model GM alternator and power steering pulleys, including Quad 4."
I'm hoping its the right one, as I have never used it before, nor I have I removed a power steering pump.
