For any and all ScanMaster users
Don't know how many of y'all own a ScanMaster for your OBD-I LT-1s, but thought I'd pass this on about a company with exemplary product support.
I bought a Scanmaster for my Z a little over two years ago, and recently it started having an internal problem. I called up Ramchargers, who bought Modern Musclecar, and talked to Mike Licht, the original designer. He told me to send the unit back to him, and he'd fix it, NO CHARGE! :D
So I sent it off last Thursday, and got an email Monday saying that they'd received my unit, and were sending me a new one, shipped that day! Excellent! Even sent me the UPS tracking number; it's supposed to be here Thursday. I can't wait; I've got this hole in my old AC vent that just stares at me. I must have been using my SM a bunch, because it's really bugging me not having it!
Anyway, thought I'd pass along some good news about a company that stands behind their products a LONG time, WAY beyond what is the norm.
