33L & 33U The "L" stands for Lower and the "U" stands for Upper
I don't show a "B16" for ANY application. The only "B" code that remotely matches and makes sense is "B18". It can have different meanings, depending on the year. For 1976 -1987 it simply designates: Ornimentation, Interior (Deluxe)
It looks as though your "quest" is complete. It STILL wouldn't hurt to count your driveline revolutions. Who knows what has been changed in the last 18 years. There is one guy who insists that the '84, Z51 came with four 9.5" wheels, just because he measured HIS. As far as your rear axle is concerned, the "best" code you could have come up with, would have indicated a 3.31:1. Also, realize that these RPOs don't necessarily designate "options", but equipment, whether, optional or not. Your rear axle code is a case in point.
