Default Stealth Ram question

Some of you know that recently I won one of holleys carbs. Anyways they are going to give me a stealth ram instead. Not complete but close. I already have an 84 thats modded. One thing that I do have is dynamics efi's ecm. Which does support multi-port injection.
Some why not I'm gonna go for it.

Which throttle bodies fit the stealth ram?
I read that the stock tb's from the orginal setup doesn't fit, something to do with the linkage. Is this true? If so which Tb's fit other than Holley?

I am also gonna have to get the sensors since they aren't the same between 84 and 85.
The bracket for the cables
24lb injectors
And the TB.
(hint, to anyone that may have these items)
thanks guys

If I recall, you can buy a Nitrous spacer plate which is @ 3/4" thick to go between the stock TB and the HSR and the throttle body linkage will clear the fuel rail fitting.

Of course the hood clearance is still an issue

EDIT:

I see you have a scoop, is there a hole in the hood ? If so, you are ready to rock!

Go to usmracer.com they modify the HSR to fit C-4 Hoods. They will not modify yours, but you can buy all the extra parts you need from them for the setup to work. Your hood shoould clear this with no troubles. Rob can give you the fuel rail, AFPR, linkage suggestions etc. I Love mine. Mstrs 2

If the corvette L98 throttlebody is same as my camaro throttlebody you may have to grind abit off the linkage to clear the holley style fuel rail fittings. But it does fit after doing that. Depends on the factory TB tho, as earlier years had different linkage than the later years...atleast camaros did.

I went to a holley 58mm and it fits great

Agreed. I modified my stock throttlebody to clear the fuel lines. Then I went with a Summit 58mm and it fits great also.

I also had to grind abit in the inside of my cruise control linkage bracket to allow the TB to close all the way

Hood clearance is not an issue for me. I'm almost 3 inches higher than the stock hood.
See sig.

I was thinking about picking up a use TPI just for the tb, sensors. But if I'm gonna spend $200 on those parts then maybe I'd be better off just sucking it up get the 58mm tb. I'd rather have new sensors too.

I have a complete stock TPI set up for sale if you are interested (1990 version). Also have a bored out stock Throttle body to 52MM with an airfoil for sale for $100. The IAC is for an LT-1 Style and lower coolant plate also an LT-1 style plate. I used my orginal for a 58mm TB on my 383. Dave

once again, the Nitrous spacer or any aluminum spacer can be made to space the TB forward, i did nothing to get my BBK to fit, except, my TB mount surface is @ 1.0" closer to the rad.

Definitely go HSR, not TPI

I have one in my basement. It's got an Accel 58mm TB mounted on it. I think either (Accel 58mm) TPI style will fit it. With the style I have, a bit was ground off the front, driver's side fuel-rail fitting in order to let the TB fully close.
