Well, I didn't get the link, just a blank page. But this sounds like it's right up there with the guy that thought he could port his heads by pulling sand through his intake, or the guy that can up with a forced induction design that routed the exhaust pipes right back to the intake. Some people should have to pass a test before being allowed to own a vehicle.
