By hestiation do you mean it is hard to start or it runs poorly at idle once it is started? If it runs bad at start-up it could be spark plugs and wires.

Ok, I'd replace plugs and wires and also the fuel filter. Then I'd adjust the IAC valve per the Tech Tips instructions here: https://www.corvetteforum.com/techti...D=94&TopicID=2
