need help

I am in the process of swapping my original L98 & 4+3 out for an L98 w/ T700 auto. There is one bulkhead connector from the engine harness that connects to the firewall behind the battery that I cannot figure out how to disconnect. All was goine too smooth until I got there. Any help.

I did the same swap. Why do you need to disconnect the connector?

The engine / tranny pkg I bought has the harness still completely attached. I thought it would be easier to to swap the unit with the harness intact.
