Please post ideal alignment for handling for 86 Corvette...
I think it was in Corvette fever?> Someone had posted an alignment spec that would yeild better handling, anyone have it handy? does it apply to all c4's? Anyone using that alignment, how is your tire wear?
I'd like to go in tomorrow to have it done, it's been 10k since my last alignment, and she's getting shaky.
Thanks!

The alignment specs in the VBandP 02' catalog are as follows:
_total toe_ / _camber_ / _caster_ (degrees)
daily Front 84'-96': 1/32"- / 0 / 5-7+
daily Rear 84'-96': 1/8"- / 0 / n/a
Adv street Front: 0 / .25- / 5-7+
Adv street Rear: 1/8"- / .50- / n/a
Hope this helps!

Do you think the "advanced street" will really help handling? What do you think it wil ldo to my tire wear?
so I'll hand this to the tire shop...
Front:
Toe: 0
Camber: - .25
Caster: + 5-7
Rear:
Toe: - 1/8 inch
Camber: - .50
Caster: Not Applicable or 0

I wonder if that would apply to a lowered 87 with 17x9½" rims with 275/40 17" tires...

Those settings will work with all 84'-96' vette's. ;)
