1994 Faltering once after startup
My engine will falter once, within a couple of minutes of starting. The engine sounds like it is hitting on only 4 cylinders and to stop the missing I have to punch it. This occurs only when the engine seems to be in the temp range of 95 to 105, and never happens when warmed up. The rest of the time it runs great and idles very smoothly when sitting at stoplights. I've had it a couple of years and it has done this sporatically. Now, it happens about every time I start it up after it has cooled down to the temperature above. Last summer it quit completely and a trusted mechanic found the opti spark was bad and replaced with GM parts. Any thoughts?

Sounds pretty similar to what my cadillac was doing. You could drive that thing all day no problem, but once u shut it off then started it back up, it was missing like crazy. Ended up being the cam sensor.
