Stupid me.....
Went to change out the thermostat today and tore the head clean off one of the water neck bolts.
What is the easiest way to get a seized stud out of the intake?

oooh.. that sucks.
that is an aluminum intake... and the bolt is now one with it.
I would actually run the engine to warm it a bit... and spray the bejesus out of it with something like PB Blaster. there are some neat tools out there that will still grab the rounded head.
your biggest potential concern... ripping the threads out of the intake. that can be fixed with a helicoil.
