I checked the Fuel Pressure and it was around 43ish before start up and the lower 40s while running..

When the car dies and won't restart, act fast and check for spark. Spark and no start means a fuel issue. No spark means an ignition problem. Keep and old plug handy, when the car dies pull a plug wire, insert the plug, hold it to ground and crank the engine.

Intermittents are tough, but a decent scan and some graphing software would probably pinpoint it. In the interim, you seem to have covered the fuel and spark, so I'd take a look at the air part. '91 is speed density, so make sure it's not losing the MAP signal - either through a bad connection/wiring or a failing sensor. You might also see what the BLMS are doing prior to a stall and if it's a stop light issue with an AUTO, make sure the Torque Converter isn't staying locked up (generally a GNX problem, but as our Vette's age, who knows).

I'd take your Vette to a reputable mechanic who can properly diagnose the problem. It'll save you time and frustration and you can fix the problem yourself after they find the problem to save some money.
