After switching from MAF to MAP, I want to ditch the restrictive current air box, MAF, accordian tube setup. I bought a K&N filter that goes right on my 58mm throttlebody, but there is too much crap in the way. (radiator hose, TPS, etc.) I dont care if I am getting hot air as much as I do getting tons of airflow. What is a cheap/easy way to hook up an airfilter that will flow tons of air?
Eventually I will build a custom intake to get cold air, but I just need something for the time being and I need WAY more CFM than the stock setup.
Ideas?
Easy way to extend the TB opening a little ways and put the K&N on that??
