A common point of failure is the sensors loosing their ground to corrosion. Clean them up and see if it solves the problems. They are located on the frame on either side of the car. They are under the battery, driver side, and about the same spot on the passenger side. You will know you are in the right spot when you find a bright yellow wire connected to them. Turn the headlights and radio on then disconnect the batery before working on the SRS and wait a good 10 mins too. (color me paranoid)

More than likely its the passenger side. The AC condenser drips on it and causes the corrosion. Pulling the wheel well panels make it much easier to get to the sensors. Finely sand the bottom of the sensor (just to clean it up) and sand the frame as well. Put down some die electric grease between the frame and the sensor. Once its back on there is a sequence of methods to reset the INFL light. Let us know when you get to that point.
