Dynomax any good?

OK, so I may need to get a new exhaust for the Vette. I had a set of FlowMasters on my other 85, and they sounded awesome (plus they were well constructed) and Summit has them for $150 each. However, I can get Walker Dynomax Sound FX direct fit ones from them for $72 each. Do any of you guys know anything about them?

I got 2 superturbo 2's from street side auto for $90 total with shipping.I have straights with no cats though, so they are plenty deep and loud for me.

THey are a good muffler, better than the flos.

I had a set of the Turbo's on a 71 Cutlass Vert. After changing out from the cherrybombs, it was an awesome change. The tone was great with no resonance much in the cab. They put just the right amount of back pressure on the engine to make it run better in my opinion. I had em on for 7 years with no problems. I think you will be happy with them.

love em. have the catback on my 06 dakota quad cab. its the ultraflo kit but has the super turbo muffler in it. on my elcamino i have the welded ultraflos. sounds pretty good to me. good quality and price.

Do you have any pics of the mufflers? Are they direct fit, or universal?

I had a set of the Walkers Dyno Max they sounded good. Yet only two years the mounting tap at the back of the mufflers rusted though.

In the 2nd pic of the first video just a back shot and they were not mounted right, and I am painting them black. Theya re single inlet and outlet in the center, I like that better;
here is a pic from the back, and a clip with crap sound (distorted the camera) at 1:20 in the 2nd video, but they sound real good for a real cheap muffler good enough for me (part number 17731)
