On any other C4, it could be fixed, but on the worst handling C4 ever made, EVER, it's probably terminal. I'd scrap the whole car.

Go to the store and get some epoxy.........Then fix it.
Not a hard fix if you are somewhat mechanical. I also suggest while you are in there you put heims in there. The original brackets suck since it binds.
