your silicone may have dislodged, and plugged up something. ?
1. vacuum leak
2. timing wrong
3. errant silicone wad
4. take a look at the mounting flange for the throttle body on the old plenum, and the new one you just installed. they are different.

I am curious though and realize the silicone you used is sensor safe but how would it stand up to the egr gas heat that is supposed to go through that tube?
