Default digital dash stopped working on 92

Just bought a 92 and the digital part of the cluster with the speedo went out after a few minutes of driving, came back on for a minute, now it seems to be out for good. I heard of this issue but dont know the fix or the problem. please help.

It's probably a bad ground. I'm not real familiar with 92's but I read they had a problem with grounds.

Test the cluster fuse and the LCD fuse. Use an ohmeter.

Does anyone know where these fuses are located? please help, dont know my speed or my fuel level and this is my daily driver.

I don't have a 92 so can't tell you. If you are gonna work on the car yourself you need a FSM or at least some kind of repair manual.

open pass side door and the fuse panel is in the side of the dash.lcd fuse is #5

Checked all fuses,( lcd, dash, cluster) all are good, whats the next step? Do i need to take out the cluster or start checking grounds under hood or dash? Im at a loss. First corvette. sorry

What does that mean. seriously. Do i need to open up the cluster or what, and what am i looking for. Will someone that knows what their talking about pleease give me a normal answer or direction.

Remove you're lower panels. Drop you're steering colum ,and remove cluster , then take it apart and put it back together nice and tight , that usually brings mine back to life. Haveyou tried applying pressure to lower left of cluster or slight tap??

I'm newbie to the vette myself, but don't panic, the good folks around here make themselves known in short order. There's more than a couple I'd owe lunch to if they were keeping tabs.
