I have a set of Callaway 1 & 3/4" primary stainless steel headers which are ceramic coated that are very nice. I would not part with them at any cost. They are next to impossible to find. I think they even carry a GM part number.

I recently installed Headman brand on my 90.
So, if looks are not your main goal, you can't go wrong with the Headman C4 headers.
I have a set of Hedmans that have been on and off the car 3 times....yes 3 times, and have only about 20 miles on them. My driver's side fit great, but the passanger side almost looks like they welded it up on a wrong jig or something. Right at the collector flange, it rubs the passanger side footwell so bad that I'm worried it will eventually bang a hole through the floor. It also sits about 3/4 inches lower than I think it should. I've tried e-mailed them, but it sounds like they think it's my car, and not their header. I can't give them either a good or bad word yet because I need to get back with their sales dept. on what they will do for me. Also, my next set WILL BE COATED!!!.

If you do buy Hedmans, I hope yours work better than mine did.

Carl

Are you sure you don't have a bad motor mount on the passenger side? Has the car ever been in a wreck? Otherwise, you would sure have a defective header. Either I just got luck for once, or something, but no dimples, no grinding, no problems.

Good luck with that.
