I just had my ECM rebuilt and the car still won't start, so what I think I really need is an EPROM. Before I started into this the car would run until I thumped the ECM, it would then start missing etc.. During the process of troubleshooting, the car got cranked while the EPROM was half snapped in. The car quit starting at all at this point. I then sent the ECM off to ZIP procucts (they had the best deal) for rebuild. Since the car does not start, the next step is a new EPROM. A complete salvage ECM with EPROM from a previously running car would be best. Anybody got a half dozen or so of these just sitting around?
Check out the Parts Gurus. Mike - 866-644-2236. http://www.rebuildersspecialty.com/ They rebuild all pcms/ecms and other electronics. I nearly bought one until I found an exhaust leak on my header collector. Big help for me.

I might have an extra eprom laying around for a 92-93 automatic.
