Other than reprogramming the ECM, you can sneak a few degrees by positioning just right if you replace the opticrap...but not much.
BUT: THe bright side is, the later years can be reprogrammed in car, if you know someone who bought one of the LT1 programmers.

It's fixed. But in thinking about it...couldn't you elongate the mounting holes, all in the same direction, (clockwise looking at the front?) and getting a few degrees advance that way? Don't know if I'd recommend it, but might get you there.

Theoretically it's possible, though I wouldn't reccomend it. You will also be throwing injector phasing off. Not really a big issue for a couple of degrees, but just not a good idea since a much more elegant solution exists (PCM re-programming).
