Default Next Mod

I bought my 92 auto coupe with the following mods done to it:

- Muffler Elims (3.5 inch straight pipe)
- 160 degree thermostat with HyperTech Stage II chip
- Tpis Air induction system

Now I'm sure that none of this is really making a difference in my car. But I would like to start implementing a few things that will give me a nice and noticable increase in power.

So far I was thinking about installing a shift kit/torque converter. But I am really open to suggestions as to what you people think would give me the most benefit

Put the TQ and HP down where you can feel it......down in the normal operating range of every day driving. You'll think you added 50 HP. I suggest somewhere in the range of 3.45 - 3.73. This will give you a nice kick in the behind on take off but not make the engine rev too high at touring speeds.

I've thought about gears, and I'm pretty convinced that they the BEST mod I could do. (I have the 2.59 gears now) but the $1,200 price tag to purchase and have 3.45's installed is a LITTLE steep for me right now.

DEFINANTLY something I plan on doing eventually though
