Sorry to take so long responding back. Yes, I just replaced the gaskets and that was that. Cleaned stuff up since I had it off anyway. Little too late to say all this, but at least you'll have piece of mind. :)
Oh yeah, the watery exhaust is just the condensation. A little steam looking stuff coming out for a while is normal as well. Going from hot to cold makes that metal attract moisture. Which is why a muffler will rust from within more than out. Also, I think that this is why you are supposed to change the oil ever 3 months or 3K miles....the 3 months of building up water in the oil. Especially if you only drive occasionally.

Re: Leaky LT1 Intake Manifold Question (Goody)
Coolant coming off the back of the heads on the LT1 could be from loose coolant return tubes. These thread into the back of the heads and are there to vent steam back to the radiator on the reverse cooling system. They are on only the LT1 and LT4's. Kind of hard to see--use a mirror if necessary.
Check the banjo bolts and tighten if necessary. If this still leaking, the seals/washers may be bad.
I think you'll find that most job time estimates on the forum are only actual wrench in hand time. It doesn't count the time to clean, prep, jack, figure out "how the heck do I get a wrench on that" time or the "another trip to the parts store for the plastic connector I just snapped" time or the "trip to the tool store for that special tool to get that one d#*m bolt off" time.
My rule of thumb, if noone says it will take xxx hours, then it's a trip to the shop to have an expert fix it.
94 LT1 swap less then 50 milesI got water coming out the radator then drops of water on left header I remove the engine am sure it was the head gaskets drain the oil it had water but Question is on vent tube what size are the two bolts tryed a 5/8 and 15 metric the 15 is fit loose a 14 is too small ??
I finaly was able to remove the vent tube bolts I had tryed 15 metric wrench it started striping the bolts I used a 15metric socket just go slow and they came off, the rubber sealing washer looks like it toast now I dont know if you can get new ones ?

these banjo bolts tend to "crud up" clean-em good...
here is a good replacement seal from NAPA.
the seal fits like a glove, oil it up when you install it..
