i never use my headlights, because i rarely drive at night, and i have this HID foglights which are bright enough for the city, but today, remembering my list of problems i haven't solved,i remember that i had this thing that i put the headlights ON,and then, one light won't close ! i have to take it for a ride, and when it "shakes" it suddenly close,i don't like the idea of park into a restaurant where everybody is looking at my car,and one light won't close, omg
So i want to fix this when i can,but i have no idea what's the cause of this, bad gears ? any link ? any type (plastic, bronze etc..) is it difficult to repair ? i havent open my lights in over a year i guess.-
The sticky on this subject is almost impossible to follow without the photos and links working anymore, but the Corvette Magazine write up isn't bad, and the Haynes Manual is almost accurate. Neither worked for my car but I can see how they would help someone else.
