Default Timing cover...

Ok so im not sure why but im having a really hard time time getting the timing cover back on. Any ideas on why or just tell me how you got yours on! Really need help with this!

Some drop the oil pan a little to make it easier, but I've been lucky enough to do it without and no leaks. The trick is getting the tilt right. Put the bottom part that mates to the oil pan in first, and apply a little downward pressure as you roll the cover towards the motor. It helps to keep an eye on the two little guide pins near the bottom. Use those as a target, and it should pop right on.

Ok i must have just not been putting enough pressure. Im gonna have to give it another try. It just seemed like i was having to try to hard to put it on for it to be right.

A couple of phillips screwdrivers through the bolt holes to give you some leverage and silicon sealer on the bottom seal and around the lower part of the gasket should help.
