Who makes a caliper bracket adapter to put C5 brakes on a C4. I ended up with some 2002 C5 brakes, and I heard they are a upgrade for our cars. The calipers look like they have bigger pistons, and say Corvette on the calipers. I will be posting the brakes for sale soon. I have everything front and rear... calipers, rotors, pads with 75% of the pad left, and even the hoses. Thanks.
That's assuming you want the parking brake at all. I've heard of some folks retrofitting it to work with the newer style, but I don't have the details of how.
Jim, make sure they will fit under your wheels. Its my understanding that they wont fit under sawblade 17in wheels, much less a 15in wheel. I dont know what wheels you are running, but being your avitar shows 9sec. I doubt your wheels are stock!!
PnwZr1 (Jeff) Sells a very nice kit at a good price for this swap.
The C5 calipers are a great improvement over even the 13" C4 setup, and the c5 rotors are about 1/2 the cost. I made a DXF file for the brkts and cut some out on our waterjet for my swap.
If you are only drag racing your car I would stick with the 12"c4 setup, there is about a 15lb diff, and with a good pad, they will do the job just fine.
Oh and the C5 calipers will fit with 9.5" sawblades and a 5mm spacer.

Reason: Wheels
I wasn't going to put them on my car, I was going to put them up for sale. I just wanted to let whoever buys them where they can get the things to make them work on a C4. I have J55 13" rotors on my car now. If anything, I would like to put some light weight drag brakes on my car.
