1996 Collector Edition Exhaust
When i bought this vehicle, the previous owner had changed out the mufflers with some unknown brand but they sound ok, i'm wondering if i should buy the OEM exhaust or upgrade the current one but i'm not sure what brand would be best for my car....any suggestions??

I have a 96 LT4. when I bought the car it had flowmasters for mufflers and the resonator had been eliminated. I hated it from day one. My wife hated it. My neighbors hated it. My buddies who are close to stone deaf loved it.
I replaced it with a Corsa exhaust because Corsa was the only manufacturer to claim "whisper Quiet at cruise" (all the rest failed to mention "quiet" in any context at all) and I am very satisfied.
Given that your car is a Collectors' Edition I would consider if the vehicles value would be better served by the reinstallation of a stock exhaust system while the parts are (presumably) still available ?
