Disco the harness from each injector by pushing on the little wire clip and wiggling as you pull up. Remove the four bolts holding rail to intake. Either disco the fuel lines with quick disconnect tools or flip it up and back when you remove the rail from the intake. You pull the rail gently but steady straight up. Remove the retaining clips from the injectors. Wiggle the injectors a bit as you pull them out. Be sure that all o-rings come out with the injector.

No need at all to disconnect the fuel lines. Put a towel on the windshield and you can just flip it over onto the towel.

Open the gas cap and also relieve the pressure at the schrader valve. I flip the fuel rail over onto a towel laying on the coolant surge tank. Pull the forward injectors out first and have a container ready to drain remaining fuel from the rail.

already have the fuel rail off the intake, left the fuel lines attached my question is how hard are the clips that hold each injector to the rail to remove, just want to replace the o-rings while the car is apart.

The clips should just slide to one side - just push on the little "ears", shouldn't take much force to pop them loose. Then just wiggle the injector out, and make sure the o-ring comes out with it. I used dish soap to lube the new o-rings.
