C-4 Brakes sticking

C-4 Brakes sticking
Hopefully someone can help me out. I have a 1994 Corvette@ 68k miles
It sat for a yr. Put it on road, brake pedal hard as rock. I figured must be brake booster, replaced it, pedal felt better . Now all four brakes seem to be sticking.I have Gravity bled brakes, Pressure bled brakes .
Read somewhere it could be the rubber hose coming off lower side of master cylinder collapsing. Guess I'll try that next. Seems strange that all 4 brakes are hanging up though. Then of course once it cools down its good for another 2 miles. Somebody help me figure this out.
