Are there any prob. w/18/19 wheel combo on a 96?:Thanks for the advice.

i don't think so,do a fit-try test then go for a ride,make sure nothing rubs
i went from 17"s to a 17-18 combo.-

No problem. And the backs are huge and look great. The tire size is 285/40/19...and a perfect fit

Not trying to hijack the thread,but if the original rear end ratio was say 3.07 with 17" wheels,then changing to 18" or 19" your rear end ratio would now equate to the mid 2.5's which = higher top end speed especially with the 19" wheels, but this would also be a fair reduction in the previous torque value?

This and also you will not be able to rotate tires for the best tire life. Just a thought..........

You guy's probably already know this but I will throw it it out there anyway. Overall ratio changes based on tire diam. not rim size.
