I have a '90 that suddenly won't start. After driving it and putting it away for a week or so do to rain, it now won't start. I thought that it may have been moisture in the fuel so I put in a bottle of dry gas. It will start and run if I spray ether into the tb, but won't stay running after that. Any ideas?

do you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key to the on position?
You clearly are not getting fuel into the engine. Measure the fuel pressure on the shrader valve on the end of the right fuel rail. Turn the ign on for longer than 2 seconds, you should have 35-42 psi of fuel pressure and it should hold for a long time after the ign is turned off. If it drops rapidly, you may have leaky injector/s or a defective check valve in the fuel pressure regulator. My money is on you not having fuel pressure at all, likely due to the fuel pump not running.
Thanks for the advice. I measured the fuel pressure at the shrader valve and found out that there isn't any pressure. Looks like a fuel pump replacement is in order.
