Default power antenna problem still!!!

Hey everybody, Decided to replace my power antenna today. Installed a new aftermarket for my 95. The problem is it wont go down when you turn key or radio off. The new one has a blue wire for a switched hookup and red wire also for a unswitched hookup. The existing plug assembly in the hatch area has an orange wire,a pink wire and a black wire. I spliced the orange from the harness (hot) to the blue wire on the antenna and the pink wire to the red wire on the antenna and the black to the ground wire on the antenna motor also. Antenna went up ok , but it will not go down, when turning the key off or turning the radio off. Can some please help me with the wiring??? Thanks brent317

You know that black is ground, so you're left with two wires. There's only two ways they can go.

Make sure the negative battery cable is disconnected when you mess with the Orange wire because it's hot all the time or pull fuse #37 LH CTSY fuse.

According the the Helms manual the plug at the Antenna has 3 wires.
Pin A is a Orange wire and is hot all the time
Pin B is a White wire and has 12 volts on it when the ignition is on and the radio is turned on. Zero volts when the ignition is on and radio is turned off.
Pin C is a Black wire and is ground.

You appear to have it wired wrong.

Orange wire goes to Red wire of new Antenna.
White wire which you say is Pink goes to Blue wire of new Antenna.
Black wire goes to Black wire.
