What is average trans temperature?
It seems my transmission has a tendency to run "hot" and when I bought it one of the codes I found was for transmission temperature being too high. When the code would appear, the darn thing wouldn't shift into reverse. I have an auxillary cooler on it that I'm in the process of hooking up before it becomes my daily driver when the body repair is finished, but I'm curious what "average" transmission temps are for the auto C4's (mine is a '95 if that info is needed).
