How do you expect us to offer help if you don't tell us what year vette you have? All C4's are NOT wired exactly the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You might have a blown fusible link that supplies power to the ignition switch from which almost all circuits get power. On later C4's there is a fuse box next to the battery which supplies power to the ignition switch.
Then you shouldn't be willing to offer any advice on how to fix a problem.
