You have to remove the cupholder/shifter plastic cover. Then remove the radio/air conditioning faceplate bezel cover. You will then see the radio is held in by 4 bolts I believe. Remove these, pull radio forward, unplug all connectors & radio can be removed.

First remove the lid to the center console via the 4 (or so) screws along the hinge. Then peel back the front of the carpeting inside the center console to reveal 2 screws that hold the cupholder trim piece in place and remove those. Then remove the rubber liner in the front cupholder and remove the screw there, then the cupholder/shifter trim piece should come out (it has a clip on the front of it; just pull once you remove the screws). Then 2 screws up near the top of the vents and 2 screws below where the cupholder trim piece was hold the radio bezel in place, as well as a clip (similar to the one you just removed) on the left side of the bezel. Remove that, and there are 4 screws holding the radio in place. Viola.
That was for my '96; I forget what year exactly they redid the interior, 93 or 94, but yours should be similar.

Are you ditching the Bose or removing for repair? If the former, wanna' sell you CDM/tuner module? Holler at me via PM if so.
