I've got a 85 with the following mods

World product sportmans II 200cc heads w/ a good 5 angle valve job
lunati voodoo 60101 .454/.468 213/219 108 lca 112 lsa
edelbrock base cnc to 1205 gasket to fit the heads
tpis runners and ported plenum
hedman 1 5/8 headers w/ full 2.5 dual exhaust
8* timing 48psi fuel pressure
3.07 gears
transgo shift kit
shifting at 5200 rpm manually
With this combo ive made one run, stopped because of rain, running 8.68 at 80.38 with a tune not optimized yet. The problem is spinning will the super ram cure this and or made it faster or slower, i already have the sr runners and plenum so all the cost is gaskets. Thanks for any help.
My guess is that the SR will move your power band up 500 RPM. You may lose a little torque on the bottom end, but it sounds like you're having trouble hooking up anyway.
