So far I've seen 3 differant camber settings proposed or used on the forum
-.7 front -.3 rear front bias
-.7 front -.7 rear even
-.25 front -.50 rear rear bias
Even though I can see the rational behind them all, these are all radically different for the balance of the car. I'd like to hear from people who have tried these and their comments. It seems to me that -.7 would be hard on the inside tread. Just from the looks it seems that the top would be the best and is similat to the Z06 settings. -.7 or -.5 rear setting seems like it would be too much for good traction. I'm looking for a good street setting with good tire wear. Comments?
Well, all I can tell you is that I have -0.9 on both front tires and -.05 on the rear. I have as much caster as I could still get with that much camber (forget the number, the slip is at home). I think I have something like .4 degrees more caster on oe side to compensate for the crest in roads. The car turns much better than stock. :)
