Default Cylinder Head? Again. Sorry

OK I am going to keep it 350ci. But I am wondering if these heads

https://www.patriot-performance.com/...&cat=40&page=1

would help or hurt my performance.

Its a 10.5:1 with a FIRST intake. and a COMP 08-466-8. 1.6RR and a full exhaust(long tubes and true dual no cats x pipe).

This is what I have right now for heads.

If I have done my research well, these heads will make/help my mid RPM performance. I know they are not really that much better than what I have, but I can sell mine for a good price and get some new patriot for a really good price.

I dont want to be rude, but I want kind suggestions only. A yes or no and some small advise. I have done many searches, but I want some expert opionions.

Cheers

The only thing I see that I dont like is the exhaust side doesnt flow as well as the Trick FLow's. I dont know would that hurt performance?

The first thing I'd want to know is what quality aluminum are they cast from. Are we talking re-cycled beer cans and lawn furniture?

If you do a little research (Google) you'll find the automotive cylinder call for a special combination of ingredients (metals). If the casting material isn't "right", it really doesn't matter what the flow numbers are. You can't polish a turd.

BTW, assuming the casting material is spot on, I'd look for close to 240 CFM flow at .400 which would continue to increase to over 260 CFM at .600 on a intake port volume of less than 200 ccs.

Just my thoughts.

Jake
