Default CL Mode Value vs Airflow

What is the CL mode value vs Airflow table for?
gm/sec is down the right side from 0 to 64 and under CL mode is values 0 to 64....

trying to figure why I have stumble/missing at level throttle closed loop at any rpm until i floor it. looking at the pulse with of the injectors Right to left the pw is at 6 on the right and dropps to 3 on the left. Dont have the problem as long as both stay at 6. As far as the os reads they are moving up and down and i think the fuel trim is 130r and 136 left. so it seems it is trying to correct for the 136 but causing the injectors on that side to create a leaned out problem. Other than new o2s what is the thought. also the data read out list CL mode as 16 while running.

Another thing is i am saying in closed loop even at WOT somtimes. Tables for cold in the rpm range list 60 for low tem and 30 for high temp.

this is all off a 1994 LT1 383 xfi468 cam and 58mm tb 11:8 sc

Default Temp

Adjusted two things
1 in the Pluse width vs temp table... did not change PW 1 but under second moved it up from 4.3 to 5.3 in the normal op temp ranges
2 (most likely what made the improvement) in the constants table moved the min temp for closed loop to 200 deg.

During data logging the PW stayed the same L&R and problems went away. The O2s sayed in the 800 to 900 mv range... running rich. But the tq felt much improved... and no stuble or missing. actually ran very strong like.

Just not sure if the split why the split O2s before this change since they are closer to same now. Logged PW diff from 12 L and 3 R...and O2 reading 120 L and 450 R... can not remember fuel trims except one was at min 108.
Could the CL mode leaning be due to reversion on one side? or was it over rich one side due to a mis and o2 seeing this as too rich??
Will still have to determine why I am not dropping out of CL upon WOT (if i correct back the CL mode min temp)
LOST but running strong rich of peak.
