Default 86 Vacuum leak?

I broke the end off of this vacuum system part which is located on the driver's side between the distributor and the windshield wiper motor up against the firewall. I am not sure what the part is called or what it does. Also it looks like there are three vacuum hose connections, but there were only two hoses connected.

Can anyone identify this part, know where I can get a new one and what the proper hose connections might be? Any help will be much appreciated. (click to enlarge photos)

Looks like the check valve for the cruise control and possibly the A/C if I remember correctly. I think I got one from Corvette Cental a few years ago.
I can get some pics later today if no one else comes up with any.

Thanks. Any photos will be a great help. I don't have cruise control so it might be A/C.

GM part number should be 14056648 available from a dealer for less than $10 or forum vendors such as GM Parts Direct or GM Parts House, also from most parts stores, it is a one way vacuum check valve.

The vacuum hoses just slide on, but make sure you remove the old nipples if they broke off in the hose.

Yes, that's helpful. Looks like the large end goes to the big vacuum hose under the plenum and the small hose coming over the valve cover goes to small connector T coming off the small end. Does this sound right to you?

Just be careful to not break or loose the small plastic line running into the bottom if it breaks off inside the wire loom along the firewall its a real PITA to get to
