Ignition Switch problem???
I suspect there is a cable from the shifter that allows the ign sw to go to the lock position. A local shop swears the ign sw is the problem. If I was to pay the cost of a ign sw replacement, I'm sure they would come to find the cable will still need to be adjusted. This is where I have a problem of paying for parts that arn't needed.
On another issue, if anyone knows how to disable this anti-tampering device, please pass it on. Our local dealers are willing to learn about it, no matter how much shop time it takes.
Most of the time it is stored and because of this situation it sits 11 to 11 1/2 months of the year.
The car I used to love has become a major pain.
