Rough Idle After Revved
Hey.
I have a 92 Callaway Corvette that I am having some issues with mainly when cold. If the car has been sitting for a bit, it starts right up and idles nice and smooth, but the second you punch the gas, when it comes back down to idle it starts stumbling and almost stalling. It only seems to clear up over 3000RPMS but will never regain the smooth idle unless you let it sit for a bit. The optispark is an MSD unit that i just removed and cleaned out a bit of oil from because of a bad seal. The car did the same thing before i had it out so i was hoping that solved it. I put an ICM that I know is good and it didnt seem to make much of a difference. Any ideas? I got a code 42, but i think that was from when my coil went bad causing the car not to start. Thanks.
