Try switching the RH side bulb to the LH side to see if it really isn´t the bulb causing the problem.
Very rare with one side laying off.
Done some other work to the left side in the vicinity of the fog light?

Haven´t really found were the wires are running on my 91 yet.

One possibility, but not 100 pc sure, is that that harness runs through the front impact bar, under the hood just in front of the rad.

The 1991 FSM (part two) doesn´t show too much of it.

At some point it shows the aprox routing of the harness down from where the ECM is, by the left front wheel and then in front of the engine, that´s about it.

I can only think the harness divides in two and one of them continues through the impact bar in the front.

There are seperate grounds for the left and the right fog light.

Each just above the horn mount on either side at the frame rail.

Just found in the FSM something about a connector running from either fog light to the foglamp relay.

It only says that it´s near front of each frame rail, again guessing here it must be the harness going through the front impact bar.

It also says there are two cavities (connectors) in each wire (each fog light).

One of them can be loose/corroded.

From the Fog Lamp Relay a Purple wire goes to a firewall mounted 42 pin cavity bulkhead connector mounted inside the car called C100A

Under the hood above the battery area is a 25 pin cavity connector called C100B that plugs into part of C100A.

At C100B two Purple wires are spliced together. One wire going to each Fog Lamp bulb.

If C100 were involved, neither fog light would work. Do you have power at the fog light socket? Do you have power at C187? Oxide on the pins of the fog light socket or even on the lamp pins can prevent current flow while you break through the oxide with your voltmeter probes. Try cleaning the socket fingers and the lamp pins.
