LT1 shuts off while running
Hopefully someone here can help me with my problem. I have a 95 LT1 The other day while I was at a stop light the car completely shut down. No lights, nothing at all. I had to put the car back into park and restart. This is the 4 time it has done this. This has never happened before. Are there any suggestions on where to look? Thanks

If the car sputters a bit before dying, could also be the fuel pump going out.
The above are just guesses without more facts.

Thanks 007 for the quick reply. Would the ICM/IM make the car just quit and shut down for no apparent reason. I was just sitting at a stop light, the engine was at operating temp. The ICM/IM appears to be pretty easy to replace, just 2 bolts on the right side cylinder head and $100 later.
