89 Hood Release Issue
Last time my hood got shut, I didn't realize that the passenger side didn't latch down. 
Well 3 weeks later when I needed to charge the battery, the driver's side will not release.
I have the cables out of the release handle and the one leading to the driver's side latch is hanging out of the plastic case further than the passenger side cable and is very easy to pull but does not release the latch.
I need help getting the hood up so that I can repair or replace the cable.
