94 Passenger Side Door Buzzing When Key Is Turned On
When I shut the passenger side door on my 94 Convertible,and the key is "on", I hear a buzzing noise. I have removed the door panel to replace the window felts, and was wondering if any of you have this same noise. Is this normal? The Noise seems to be coming from my power lock actuator, however my power locks work perfectly. I would like to fix the problem,if this is not normal,while I have the door panel apart now. Thanks for the help!

have you unplugged the lock acutator? if not, I would... if the buzz goes away, there you have the problem.
they are solenoids...and they can give up. and when they do, it usually results in strange buzzing sounds...

Are you sure it's coming from the doors?
There is a buzzing noise made when you have blown a fuse, that happened in my '93.

Thanks for the replies, guys. It definitely is the lock actuator buzzing. I can feel it vibrating when I push the light switch on the back of the door in with the ignition on. It just puzzles me because the lock is working perfectly.
