I got code 33 and 45. My plans are: clean the throttle body and MAF sensor, replace the MAF relays, and change the fuel filter (I only have 4K on current one but it can't hurt...). Also run a check on the fuel pump circuit.
Yes, I checked the link. Very interesting and informative!
I have limited time so I'm hitting the simple stuff first.

Agent 86 could have posted this one, but i did it for him.
But fixing the code 33 might take care of 45 as well.
Try to fix 33 first and erase the code(s) and see if 45 comes back.

Update:
Cleaned throttle body and MAF with CRC products. Replaced both MAF relays, air duct (old one was cracked), and PCV valve. Cleared codes and took it for a spin...
