New headlamp motor problem!

New headlamp motor problem!
I replaced the bushings in both of my headlamp motors when they started freewheeling. As suspected, the bushings were dust. I did this about 5 months ago and they worked fine after that. A few weeks ago, the left one got real slow. real slow! The motor also got loud. I figured, "OK the brushes are gone." I bought a used motor and sure enough, the bushing were dust in it. So, I took the brushes with wiring, electric motor, and top half of the casing with the magnets in it and put on my lower casing with good gears and bushings. It was fine for about a day and then it was still doing the same thing again. Ok. Maybe those brushes were bad. I got another used motor and did the same thing again. That changed nothing.
What else could be wrong? The motor is still slow and very loud.

what about the headlight motor module..
Swap it with the right side see if the problem follows

Them headlight motors are a pain in the butt. I got a problem with mine as well. But doesnt seem to be as bad as yours. Too bad they couldnt design em better.
