Default what should tps be set at !!!!

i jus checked my tps settings and they where .72!I have a scan tool so thats what it read so i put it back at .57 idle thats what i hear alot of you say is a good setting;is this ok? i noticed alsoi whe i did this my scan tool read rich rich instead of lean rich!! Is this bad im not very good with the scan tool :crazy: Please let me know ok jay thanks

0.525 +- 0.075 You are in the ballpark now. Its very sensitive, sometimes when you tighten it down, it moves. Remember to put some loc-tight on the screws.

As far as rich-rich goes, the O2 will toggle above and below .450 V (or 450mv, depending on how your scanner sports the data). As long as voltages go above and below .45V, the BLMs are not minned or maxed out at 108 or 160(?) and your INT is not locked out either, you should be OK. Note: at WOT, your scanner will likely be showing closed loop and rich all the time. This a quirk of GM ECMs. Under WOT, you are really in open loop. The BLMs will lock at 128 and no fuel trim will take place, and your O2 will likely be reading high (.8V at least).
